In 2021, the competition was held in a virtual format to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. Despite these constraints, we achieved the greatest number of international delegates in the history of the event. This included 18 teams from across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

The subject site was located at 3115 Hurontario Street in Mississauga, Ontario. Students were given four weeks prepare a feasible development plan, financing plan and bid price for the land.
