Megan Holtved is entering her fourth and final year of the Real Estate Program at the University of Guelph. This year, she is thrilled to be taking on the President role for the 2026 URECC competition.

From her experience as the Vice President of Canadian Delegates for the 2025 competition, Megan is excited to continue the success of URECC and create an unforgettable 2026 competition.

Taggart Gula is entering his fourth year in the Real Estate Co-op program at the University of Guelph. As this years Vice President, Taggart is excited to take this opportunity to work with the 2025-2026 URECC team to create an incredible case competition and welcome judges, delegates, sponsors and industry members to the 2026 competition!

From his experience as a leasing agent at InterRent REIT, as well as being President and VP of Events for URECC in previous years, he aims to use the skills he has acquired to put his best effort forward for the team. Taggart is looking forward building connections within the real estate industry and is proud to be a part of a student-led team that has the determination to hosting an amazing competition.

Thomas Hayward

Thomas is entering his fourth year in the Real Estate Co-op program and is excited to be taking on the Corporate role for this years competition. He is looking forward to working with previous team members from last year and welcoming members new to the team this year. With experience on the RESA Corporate team, Thomas is eager to apply his skills to secure corporate sponsors for URECC 2026. Most importantly, he wants to ensure that everyone attending URECC 2026 has a fantastic experience.

Manavv Taneja is a second-year student in the Real Estate and Housing Co-op Program at the University of Guelph. He is joining the URECC team for the first time as the Vice President of International Delegates. Manavv is eager to expand his experience in commercial real estate and is excited to host and engage with global delegates as they compete in this prestigious event.

 

He is grateful for the opportunity and looks forward to facilitating a thrilling competition and building valuable connections across the industry. In terms of his professional aspirations, Manavv is interested in commercial real estate and plans to pursue a career in the field in the future.

Will Langlois is a third-year student at the University of Guelph, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate and Housing through the Co-op Program. After serving as a Brand Ambassador for URECC last year, Will now takes on the role of Corporate Associate, where he contributes to sponsor relations and event coordination. With aspirations in commercial real estate, he is eager to continue building his industry knowledge and professional network. Will looks forward to helping ensure another successful URECC event and creating meaningful connections within the real estate community.
