William Langlois
Co-President
Will Langlois is the Co-President of URECC for the 2027 competition. He is entering his fourth year of the Real Estate program at the University of Guelph through the Bachelor of Commerce Co-op Program. Through his previous experience with URECC, including serving as Corporate Associate for the 2026 event, he has developed valuable industry relationships and gained insight into the planning and execution of the competition. In his role as Co-President, Will oversees sponsor relations, team management, and event coordination to help deliver a successful competition. He is excited to lead such a strong team and looks forward to another successful year.
Xavier Boucher
Co-President
Xavier is a fourth year real estate co-op student who is thrilled to be stepping into the role of co-president this year. The previous two years he served as the VP of events, learning the ins and outs of coordinating the case competition. He is excited to help lead URECC this year, and is eager to meet delegates, create meaningful industry connections, and create a fantastic experience for everyone involved.

Sarah Sonnbichler
VP of Corporate
As URECC's Vice President of Corporate, Sarah is focused on fostering relationships with industry partners, securing sponsorship opportunities, and supporting the delivery of the organization's annual case competition and other initiatives. Currently in her fourth year of the Real Estate Co-op program at the University of Guelph, Sarah brings valuable commercial real estate experience from roles with CBRE and Primaris REIT. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong understanding of the industry and a passion for building meaningful professional connections. As a new member of URECC this year, Sarah is excited to help strengthen the organization's corporate partnerships, expand her network within the industry, and contribute to creating impactful opportunities for students interested in commercial real estate. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys staying active through fitness and sports and loves traveling, having explored over 20 countries around the world.
Riley Halbert
VP of Delegates
Riley is in his fourth-year of the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of Guelph, majoring in Real Estate. He is passionate about real estate and enjoys applying his analytical and communication skills through the University of Guelph Real Estate Case Competition (URECC). Riley loves URECC for the opportunity it provides to collaborate with like-minded students, tackle real-world challenges, and connect with professionals across the industry.
Allan Macuase
VP of Events
A second-year Real Estate Co-op student at the University of Guelph, Allan serves as Co-Director of Events for URECC. In his role, he helps coordinate event logistics, manage the behind-the-scenes details, and make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the competition. Allan enjoys being involved across the Lang community and is especially excited to help create an experience that brings together students from universities across different places and gives them the opportunity to build meaningful connections. Outside of school, you can usually find him at the gym, competing in a case competition, or spending time with friends. This year, Allan is most looking forward to working with the URECC team to make the competition possible, create a memorable experience for everyone involved, and leave a positive impact on the students who take part.
Grace Rawding
Co-Director of Marketing
A fourth-year co-op student at the University of Guelph, Grace Rawding brings a strong academic foundation in Management, Economics, and Finance to her role as Marketing Manager for URECC. As Co-Director of Marketing, Grace is responsible for the end-to-end management of URECC’s digital platforms, ensuring that both the website and social media channels provide a cohesive and professional brand experience. By focusing on content strategy and creative outreach, she aims to elevate the organization's online profile. Grace looks forward to her second year on URECC and contributing her creative talents and strategic insights to support another successful year.
Luke Gibson
Co-Director of Marketing
Luke Gibson is entering his third year in the Marketing Management program at the University of Guelph. Luke is returning to URECC as the Director of Marketing and is excited to work closely with the team throughout the 2026–2027 academic year. As Director of Marketing, Luke will be responsible for managing and maintaining URECC’s social media accounts, as well as developing promotional materials for both the event and its surrounding initiatives. He looks forward to strengthening URECC’s presence and increasing its visibility among students and industry professionals. Luke is returning to the team following an internship as a Media Coordinator at dentsu, an international advertising agency. He is excited to apply the skills and experience gained during his internship to elevate URECC’s marketing initiatives and contribute to another successful year for the event.
Marla Mastronardi
Brand Ambassador
My name is Marla Mastronardi, and I’m heading into my second year at the University of Guelph studying Real Estate and Housing with Co-op. I’m excited to be a Brand Ambassador for URECC this year and to become more involved with the real estate community. I joined URECC because I wanted to meet more people within the program, learn more about the industry, and take advantage of the opportunities available through the organization. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone on the team, building new connections, and learning more about the different areas of real estate along the way, especially commercial development. I’m really excited for URECC 2027 and everything this year has to offer!
